Order Cancellation
Our fulfilment system is automated via trusted global suppliers. As a result:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, and only if the order has not yet been processed.
- After processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is in progress.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
