Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  
• all original packaging, labels, and tags
  
• valid proof of purchase
  

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards
  
• Final Sale items
  
• Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
  
• Personalised or made-to-order products
  

Order Cancellation

Our fulfilment system is automated via trusted global suppliers. As a result:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, and only if the order has not yet been processed.
  
• After processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
  

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at support@ardenze.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is in progress.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.

📦 Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple parcels if items are fulfilled from different warehouses.
All items will be tracked and delivered within the estimated timeframe.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Ardenze is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
